Precautions

• Check-in time: 15:00-17:00

Luggage can be stored at the café counter on the 1st floor after 10:00.

• Check-out time: Before 11:00

Luggage can be stored at the reception on the 3rd floor of the guesthouse after check-out. The latest drop-off time is 14:30.

If your arrival time is after 17:00, please inform us at least two days before check-in date, and we will arrange for self-check-in. Late check-out: The fee is NTD 500 per half hour, with a maximum extension of one hour, and must be notified to the reception one day before check-out.

Extra bed and additional guest rules:

All rooms are set for double occupancy as standard. The space, layout, and furnishings of each room are different, and not all rooms are suitable for extra beds.Room types available for extra beds are "Rice Wave Wind" and "Brook Wind" (maximum occupancy of 3 guests per room, please book an additional room if exceeding the number of guests).

Extra bed charges are as follows:

0-3 years old (inclusive): No charge/no breakfast

4 years old and above: Charged as an adult, a bed is required. The extra bed fee is NTD 800/NTD 1200 on national holidays (including one breakfast).

In case of staying beyond the specified room capacity, an additional fee of NTD 1000 per person will be charged.

Cancellation Policy:

Free cancellation and modification of orders are available up to 7 days before check-in date, with no deposit deduction.

Cancellation or modification of orders 5 days before check-in date will result in a 50% deposit deduction.

Cancellation or modification of orders 3 day before check-in date will not be refunded. A handling fee of NTD100 per order will be charged for cancellations made after booking on the official website.

In case of inability to check-in as scheduled due to natural disasters or other force majeure factors (relevant proof may be required), we will refund the full amount; if unable to check-in as scheduled due to issues such as passport visa problems or itinerary changes, no refund will be given.

Parking:

We do not provide parking spaces. The front entrance is only for luggage handling, and the surrounding roadside parking spaces are free at night. There is a large paid parking lot about a 5-minute walk away, so please feel free to use it. Motorcycle travelers can park their motorcycles in the parking spaces on Zhongzheng Road and Yingming Street, which are about a 5-minute walk away.

Space usage rules:

1. Check-in at OrInn: Please change into indoor slippers and place outdoor shoes in the entrance shoe cabinet; The room door will automatically lock when closed, so be sure to bring your room card when going out (a handling fee of 200 yuan will be charged for loss).

2. Commercial activities: Room reservations are for accommodation purposes only. Please do not hold parties/commercial/shooting activities in the room or public areas. If you have such venue rental needs, please contact us for pricing.

3. Environmental Policy: OrInn is an eco-hostel, providing bath products and towels from Taiwanese organic brands and no disposable toiletries. 

4. Soundproofing: The space is converted from an old building, so please lower the volume after 10:00 PM; free earplugs are also available in public areas for those who need them.

5. No smoking/pets not allowed: In accordance with Article 15 of the Taiwan Tobacco Hazard Prevention Act, hotel accommodations are smoke-free areas. 

6. Visitor hours: We welcome guests and friends to use the public spaces until 5:00 PM. If you wish to visit the room, please inform the housekeeper in advance. Please dine in the public areas.
